Our History
V. Randolph Brown Consulting (VRBC), founded by Vincent Randolph Brown, is a premier people-focused consultancy founded in October 2012. Now at the helm of VRBC, Vincent Brown was one of the original founders of Global Lead, later Global Novations, a full-service human capital and talent optimization firm which counted Goldman Sachs as an investor and was subsequently acquired by Korn Ferry International.
With 35+ years of experience, VRBC provides strategic consulting, coaching and advisement, education, culture change, and strategy services on a variety of business, leadership, and human-focused topics. VRBC partners with clients of all types, including corporate companies and non-profit organizations, and from large to small businesses.
